Concept

The project presents an icon at the southern entrance to Tel Aviv.

Located in a prime location at the heart of Tel Aviv, “the white city”, on the corner of Levanda and Rosh Pina streets, Levanda 55 echoes the international architectural style of the city. Nearby, on the corner of Levanda and HaHarash is a housing building quintessentially belonging to the international style of the bauhaus school, from which the project draws.

The project presents an icon at the southern entrance to Tel Aviv, situated near the intersection of Ayalon Highway and Highway 1, a business district and a leisure district. This unique cultural and infrastructural knot is reflected in its architectural language.

Levanda 55 will serve as a 4 star urban business hotel, embracing an avant garde programmatic approach. Focusing on the quality of the experience, many shared spaces with mixed programs aimed at a specific clientele were brought in. In consonance with the main function, a business hotel, there will be housing units, a spa, pool, gym, skybar, convention center, loby, lounge and outdoor spaces. The programs are arranged around a central atrium vertically traversing the building. The atrium creates circular movement as well as helps remove hot air.
