The plan combines employment, public, commerce, and residential functions, creating a vibrant urban core that strengthens the city center.

A central pedestrian axis crosses the site, connecting the historic MeYasdim pedestrian street to the north, complemented by two secondary pathways – one along HaEmek Street and another linking HaEmek to Nesi’ei Israel Street. In addition, the project incorporates two public open spaces: one to the south, mediating between the complex and the pedestrian street, and another at its center, dividing the site into northern and southern zones while serving as a community gathering space.
