Concept

The Jerusalem Village plan is an urban renewal initiative in the Kiryat Moshe neighborhood of Jerusalem

spanning approximately 40 dunams along the light rail lines. The buildings are envisioned as part of the renewed Jerusalem landscape, their materiality rising from the ground and evoking the texture of carved Jerusalem stone.
At the heart of the plan lies an open public space serving as a community hub, accompanied by a pedestrian axis that reconnects the different parts of the neighborhood and ties them back into the city. The development also includes a new education campus, integrating schools and public facilities within the urban fabric.
