Ehad Ha’Am is a new residential building defined by a refined urban facade, located in the historic heart of Rishon LeZion.
Located near Gan HaMoshava, the building is part of a broader renewal of the city’s urban core — a carefully planned process focused on preserving the urban fabric and enhancing the character of the street.
Replacing a single old structure, the project introduces 20 residential units in a varied mix of 3-room and 5-room apartments, as well as penthouses. The design balances architectural presence with sensitivity to context: the commercial frontage is set back to widen the public realm, the existing cypress trees are preserved, and the upper floors are gradually recessed to create a softer, more open street edge.
