The Golan 1–7 project is a new residential development in Nof HaGalil, comprising six buildings designed around open public spaces and a central urban square.
The plan introduces approximately 1,000 new housing units, replacing 139 existing ones, and integrates a public facility, commercial areas, and community uses.
Located in the northern part of the city, near the Nof Yizrael and HaKerem neighborhoods and close to Reina, the project benefits from its proximity to schools, a community center, Yad Sarah, and the local “Rasko” commercial center.
The design emphasizes the creation of a diverse and vibrant urban environment, with a mix of apartments including smaller units, community spaces, and integrated commerce – establishing a lively neighborhood hub in the heart of Nof HaGalil.
