Concept

The Dov Hoz development is located in southern Jerusalem, adjacent to the main traffic arteries of Golomb and Yaakov Pat streets, and overlooking the Gazelle Valley.

The project is set within the historic Katamonim neighborhood, originally built in the early years of the State of Israel for new immigrants, and which has since undergone significant renewal as part of the city’s urban fabric.

The plan features two residential buildings of 34 and 9 stories, comprising approximately 230 housing units. The diverse mix includes 2–6 room apartments as well as exceptionally large special units. At ground level, the buildings incorporate internal public spaces, designed to provide added value for both residents and the surrounding community.

The towers enjoy direct views toward the Gazelle Valley and form an integral part of the broader renewal of southern Jerusalem, combining local heritage with the needs of contemporary urban living.
