The Mapo project is a new residential development in the heart of Jerusalem, located between Keren Hayesod and Avraham Mapu streets, adjacent to the city’s major cultural landmarks.
In the heart of Jerusalem, between Keren Hayesod and Avraham Mapu streets, just steps away from the city’s cultural landmarks – the Van Leer Institute, the Jerusalem Theater, Hansen House, and the Israel Academy of Sciences – a unique residential development is planned, blending Jerusalem’s heritage with contemporary living.
The project is located in Talbiya, a neighborhood founded in the 1920s that has retained its status as one of Jerusalem’s most prestigious and affluent areas. Adjacent to it lies the historic Yemin Moshe neighborhood, established in the 19th century, today renowned for its artistic character, stone houses, charming alleys, and breathtaking views of the Old City walls.
The new plan introduces approximately 80 residential units across two buildings, offering a mix of 5–6 room apartments as well as exceptionally large and special residences. A ground-floor commercial level will bring vitality and services to the area. Between the buildings, a covered public square will create an inviting open space with seating areas – a community hub for both residents and visitors.
