Concept

Eshkol 2  is a boutique preservation and renewal project located in the heart of Jerusalem’s iconic Mahane Yehuda Market.

Built in the 1930s alongside its neighboring building, Eshkol 4 (Beit Magzimoff), the original structure features classic Jerusalem stonework, bold balconies, and a shared historic courtyard. The new design revitalizes the building while honoring its architectural heritage, integrating modern living into the vibrant fabric of the market.  The renewed structure includes 20 apartments, a spacious duplex, and a luxurious rooftop penthouse with a private pool and panoramic city views. At street level, a cafe and open plaza create a seamless flow between public and private space, inviting the energy of the market into the daily rhythm of residents’ lives.

Blending old and new, Eshkol 2 is a celebration of urban living, heritage, and contemporary design.
