The project consists of two buildings with a total of 122 residential units, complemented by commercial spaces that activate the streetscape and enhance the urban experience. A central green path weaves between the buildings, promoting residents’ well-being and fostering a sense of community. Additionally, a pedestrian pathway seamlessly connects the surrounding streets, improving walkability and accessibility. The larger building features a dedicated tenants’ club, providing a shared space for community activities and gatherings.
